Robert D. Carcelli III has served as your voice for the great City of Struthers for the past six years.
Robert is a life-long resident of our great City of Struthers. From K-12, Robert became intwined with a sense and passion of community with which he has utilized to stoke his desire to continue in the development of the legacy and community of Struthers.
Serving six terms as your 4th Ward Councilman, Robert has been your voice. He has esnured the the structure and aesthetics of our community the demolition of condemned houses in the 4th ward, the erection of traffic signs, and several other tasks.
Robert currently serves as the Chairman of Finance & Legislation, he is a member of the Public Utility Committe, and a member of the General Improvement Committee.
Robert was born and raised in Struthers, Oh. His deep ties to the local community fuels his desire to improve community strength.
