Meet Robert.

Robert D. Carcelli III is a lifelong resident of the City of Struthers.

Robert attended Struthers High School prior to embarking on his secondary education career at Youngstown State University.

Since graduating from YSU, Robert has delegated the majority of his time to creating a better sense of community within Struthers, focusing on local youth programs, and his responsibilities as your current 4th Ward Councilman.

Robert founded the Wildcats Youth Soccer Program in 2011 and has continued to assist our local youth in building character and social skills, as well as promoted youth fitness. Additionally, Robert also coaches a youth flag football team for the Youngstown Youth Flag Football Association.

Robert began his service as your 4th Ward Councilman in 2008 and has since continued to be the voice of our community over the last six years.

In 2011, Robert founded the Wildcats Youth Soccer program in Struthers. Though he remains active in local youth activities, Robert's ultimate goal is to create unique, fun ways to teach our youth leadership skills and a sense of community pride.

"Serving as the 4th Ward Councilman of the City of Struthers gives me the chance to contribute to a community where one can be proud to raise a family and call home."
